Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including VAT)
We do not charge shipping costs. Shipping is free worldwide.

1. Order processing time

All orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package and the estimated delivery time.

2. Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery usually takes place within:

  • Germany & EU: approx. 5–8 business days

  • International: approx. 5–20 business days

In some cases (e.g. customs delays, high order volumes, or remote locations), delivery may take longer.

Please note:

  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery period.

3. Change of delivery address / Exclusion of liability in case of incorrect address

If you would like to change the delivery address, please notify us by email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

4. Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the shipping process has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Lost packages

Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly when placing the order. If we make a mistake, we will assume full responsibility and resend the order to you free of charge.

6. Customs

We usually cover all customs fees, so you don’t need to pay anything extra.
Only in rare cases, in certain third countries (outside the EU/UK/USA), customs authorities may charge additional fees upon arrival. In such cases, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
